Are your gemstones natural?

We use natural gemstones unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Natural stones can vary in color, pattern, transparency, texture, inclusions, surface features, and size. These variations make each piece unique and are not defects.

What payment methods are available?

Available methods are shown at checkout and may include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, major cards, and other methods supported for your location.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Customer accounts are optional. You can create an account for easier order access, or continue using the checkout options available on the store.

How much is shipping?

We currently support delivery to 40 countries and regions. United States and Singapore orders currently receive complimentary shipping. Other supported destinations use localized standard, reduced-rate, or free-shipping tiers based on order value. The exact local-currency rate is displayed before payment. How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Most United States orders arrive approximately 7-12 business days after dispatch, Singapore is currently estimated at 1-9 business days after dispatch, and other supported destinations are generally estimated at 7-15 business days after dispatch. Please allow extra time for remote areas, customs, or carrier delays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates; review the destination-specific estimate shown at checkout.

Will I pay taxes or import duties?

Applicable taxes are included in displayed prices based on the destination where supported. Import duties, when applicable and supported, are added and shown at checkout. Review the complete order total before paying.

Where do you ship?

We ship to destinations that receive an available shipping method at checkout. If no method appears for an address, we cannot currently ship there.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging. Contact us before returning anything. Customized, personalized, gift-card, and clearly marked Final Sale items may be excluded. See our Refund & Return Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we will provide an appropriate solution.

How do I choose a bracelet size?

Measure your wrist snugly and compare the measurement with the sizing information on the product page. Choose a slightly larger fit if you prefer more movement. Contact us before ordering if you need sizing help.

How should I care for my bracelet?

Keep jewelry away from perfume, lotion, household chemicals, prolonged sunlight, strong impact, and extended water exposure. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or washing dishes. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store separately.
